Leonard led the way for the Toronto Raptors last week as they defeated the Philadelphia 76ers in seven games to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Raptors won Game 7 by a final score of 92 to 90. Leonard's 41 points on Sunday set the NBA record for highest percentage of a team's points in a Game 7 victory, and he became the first player in NBA playoff history to ever hit a game-winning buzzer beater in Game 7 of a series.
Leonard scored 243 total points over the seven-game set, the most a player has scored in a playoff series since Michael Jordan scored 246 points versus the Phoenix Suns in the 1993 NBA Finals.
The Toronto Raptors will now play the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals.
