Player Of The Week: March 18
Auburn men’s basketball guard Bryce Brown is our SportsCall Player of the Week. Brown played a pivotal role in the Tiger’s SEC Championship run all weekend long, averaging 16.5 points a game and drilling 18 3s in the tournament.
The senior, playing in his final SEC Tournament, sparked Auburn in the second half against Missouri in Game 1 of the tournament, scoring 17 second-half points, and would later score 19 points with 5 made 3s in the tournament championship game.
Brown’s contribution earned him tournament MVP honors and helped Auburn to its first SEC Tournament Championship since 1985.
